The outer fabric of this jacket is made of Seaqual®, a polyester fabric 100% recycled from plastic waste recovered from the oceans (fishing nets, plastic bottles, etc...). The waste is collected by fishermen and by organizations on the beaches of Europe, around the Mediterranean, and on the West coast of Africa. They are then sorted, washed, and cut into small sequins, then allowing them to be mixed with other recycled polyesters (of better quality) to remake a yarn and then a fabric.

Seaqual® Yarn fabric is GRS (Global Recycled Standard) and Oeko-Tex 100 certified.
