Butterflies in our hearts, lounging in our love as if on clouds, we haven't been apart for several days now. Angela is exactly who was missing from my life. Recently arrived from Colombia, she has everything a man like me needs. Conversation, natural sweetness, a pretty voice with a cute accent, and 30 euros worth of frothy hash bought for 5 euros per gram. She had a sense for business; I felt like she did it in a detached way, as if it was nothing. Customers came by her window, and I helped her pack up the merchandise. We were peacefully living our little love affair. I left my apartment to join her, bringing all my personal belongings to her place. We are meant for each other. Every day, we indulge in our little paradise without worrying about tomorrow. But this morning, I have a strange feeling, I’m anxious. I sense that something is wrong, I feel observed. Angela is already awake, mumbling a Spanish song, probably the latest J. Balvin track but very poorly interpreted. I feel like I hear footsteps in front of the door. The shutters are closed, I look through the peephole and notice three giants weighing at least 100 kg, armed to the teeth, staring through the keyhole. I have a bad feeling...
