Before ordering, we invite you, when available, to consult the size guide for the product you wish to order. If a size guide is available for your product, it will be accessible in the description of it.

Returns management is carried out only via your customer interface.

It is possible to return one or more items within 14 days from the date of delivery of the order. Returned products must not have been worn or washed. The labels must not have been removed.

Please note : If a product arrives in poor condition, we cannot guarantee the processing of your request.
For obvious hygiene reasons, returns of underwear and socks are not accepted.

In some cases return costs may apply.

Product returns must all be sent to the address below accompanied by your order number and the reason for your return.

    Return fees

    Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, and are not refundable except in certain cases.

    However, after receiving your return, if it is an exchange, we will cover the costs of returning the new size or new product requested from our warehouse.

    We advise you to opt for tracking shipping for your return. Indeed, if the package was lost, we would not be able to exchange or refund your order.

    Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your returned product may vary.

    If you wish to return your order for a refund, please note that you will not be refunded the original postage costs unless an error has been made by PAPER HAZE SAS.
