Before any order, we invite you, when available, to check the sizing guide of the product you wish to order. If a sizing guide is available for your product, it will be reachable in the description.


If, in the 10 days following the receipt of your order, you're not satisfied with a product, you can send it back to us, to the address:

To help us manage your inquiry, please make sure to include in your package:

  • a copy of your order confirmation e-mail
  • a letter explaining your demands: size exchange, product exchange, refund...

Items on sale are not exchangeable and not refundable.



Every product must be return in its original state, which means:

  • Folded in the best possible way
  • Non washed, non weared (except to try it), non perfumed, no hairs, etc.
  • Must have all its hangtags and labels
  • If possible, in its original blister

Attention : if we receive a product in bad state, we will not be able to guarantee the treatment of your inquiry.


Return costs

You did'nt receive the product you ordered? The product is defective? No worries. If the product you received do not correspond to your order, the return costs will be at our charge. In that case, write us directly to "", and we will take care of everything.

In any other case, the return costs will be at the customer's charge, and can not be refunded.

Nevertheless, after receiving your returned product, if you're aiming for a size or product exchange, we will pay for the shipping costs of the new size or product you asked for.

For the return of your product, we recommend to chose a tracking shipment. Indeed, if the package happened to be lost, we could not proceed with the exchange or the refund of your order.

Please keep a proof of your return (postal services invoice, receipt, package slip, etc). We may ask this proof to you to ensure the treatment of your request, especially if there is a problem with the conveyance of your package toward us.

The delay for us to receive your package depends on the place/country you live in.

If you wish to return your order for a refund, please note that you will not be refunded the original postage costs unless an error has been made by PAPER HAZE SAS
