"When will I receive my order?"
Your orders are usually managed within 48-72 hours (except for saturdays and sundays).
This estimated time can however change accordingly to the availability of the products or to certain periods of strong attendance (Black Friday, sales, etc).
Of course, we always do our best to ship your order as soon as possible.
Once your order is prepared, the carrier will take it from here. For deliveries in France, in most of the cases, your package is delivered in 3 or 4 days after its preparation.
"I did not received any tracking number."
Once your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive an automatic e-mail with your tracking number.
If you did'nt receive this e-mail, several explanations are possible:
- your order is not fully managed yet
- the e-mail address you indicate during your check-out is incorrect
- our e-mail may have arrived in your spams, make sure to check
"My tracking indicates "delivered", but I did not received anything."
Once your package is in the hands of the carrier, we sadly can't supervise its delivery.
A few ideas to explore:
- is there any notice letter from a postman in your mailbox?
- did you check your neighbors? Maybe one of them get your package?
- is someone else have access to your mailbox ?
If your package remains lost, we invite you to contact your local postal services to obtain more information (make sure to indicate them the tracking number of your package).
"Do you have a sizing guide?"
If a sizing guide is available for a product, it will be reachable in the description (look for the ruler logo).
"I want to change the size of my product / proceed to a return."
