The tray flies off instantly ! The feast scatters in the air. I dodge the first bowl of vinaigrette, but my comrade on the right does not. Annoyed, he engages one of the gorillas. Chaos ensues. Potatoes fly in all directions. Snags mingle with cherry tomatoes, blood spurts in all four corners of the room. I'm stunned and feel powerless in the face of this surreal scene. This feeling is quickly dispelled when I feel a sailor's Ranger boot digging into my eyebrow. I join in the madness. I put two of them to bed. I take mechanic's blasts. The commotion ends with a deafening roar. The siren wails, the boat approaches the coast.
